These are unprecedented times. In order to minimize the risk of spreading the coronavirus to office staff and clients, we are limiting visitors to our office.
We are also arranging phone conferences, MS Teams and other types of virtual meetings in lieu of in-person meetings whenever possible. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer virtual appointments to sign documents.
For those clients who need to sign documents or want to meet in person, we are staying vigilant and taking necessary precautions, such as washing our hands and using sanitizing wipes frequently and making hand sanitizer available.
We ask that clients cancel their in-person appointments if they are experiencing fever, cough, shortness of breath, or any other flu-like symptoms. We also ask that clients cancel their in-person appointments if they have been around anyone who has been ill. We will likewise do the same.
In response to the coronavirus, the office has experienced a significant uptick in requests for estate planning, including Wills and Advance Medical Directives.
We are here for our clients and will continue to work for them by every means possible. Please stay safe and healthy. We are in this together!
